10th Grade: EXPERIMENT

In our work together, we will:

• Reassess and refine sustainable study habits and time management skills

• Complete rigorous coursework that aligns with your interests and devise a strategy for asking for help when needed

• Continue to experiment with new opportunities while deepening your engagement with one or two that are most compelling; consider how you can make an impact within those communities

• Strengthen and/or develop leadership and communication skills

• Register for the PSAT; take mock SATs and ACTs to determine which test is preferred

• Register for college fairs, virtual info sessions, and/or college tours

• Research open scholarships and college-specific merit scholarships; complete applications by deadline

• Find and apply to intentional and meaningful summer opportunities that relate to your interests; consider internships, work and volunteer opportunities, academic/music/athletic enrichment, etc.

• Set goals for 11th grade!
